Open Command Window Here for Windows XP
This PowerToy component adds an 'Open Command Window Here' context menu option on file system folders, giving you a quick way to open a command window pointing at the selected folder.

Note: Microsoft has taken great care to ensure that PowerToys operate as they should, but they are not part of Windows and are not supported by Microsoft.
